Brunswick 38 Charcoal Rose

A Rose-Toned Chapter for the Brunswick

With the Brunswick 38 ‘Charcoal Rose’, Fears balances quietly dramatic tones with classic proportion—an elegant 38 mm cushion case, polished to a mirror sheen, refined for daily wear.

At its centre is a multi-level dial that pairs a granular charcoal ground with accents of 18-carat rose gold—the first time this finish appears in the modern Fears era. The sunken sub-seconds at 6 o’clock carries fine concentric guilloché in rose gold, while a crisp minute track frames the composition. Applied numerals, realised in a specially widened cut of Fears’ bespoke Edwin typeface, are milled, diamond-polished, subtly frosted, silver-coated and finally finished in 18-carat rose gold for luminous relief against the textured field.

Signature Fears-shaped hands are milled from solid brass with a diamond-cut centre bevel; the hour and minute hands receive a light frosting before their 18-carat rose-gold finish to echo the numerals, while the seconds hand contrasts in deep black.

Inside, the manually wound La Joux-Perret D100—a top-grade calibre with a 50-hour reserve—shows Côtes de Genève and blued screws through an exhibition back (a closed back is available). Daily winding via the bespoke onion crown turns the ritual tactile and personal, and the case is engineered for 100 m water resistance.

On the wrist with the handmade Chestnut Brown Cordovan strap—fold-over edges, deep lustre, Alcantara® lining.

Dark, warm, and unmistakably contemporary—the Brunswick 38 ‘Charcoal Rose’ gives Fears’ timeless design a modern, rose-gold glow.
